Resonate emerged from my journey of self-discovery — exploring the elements that make me feel alive and whole. Through years of yoga, sound, and breathwork, I've come to understand how deeply connected these practices are.
In yoga, we use movement to connect with our bodies. Breathwork grounds us in the present moment, guiding us through each pose and cultivating mindfulness. Sound adds another layer — a sonic landscape that invites relaxation and emotional release. The vibrations from these instruments resonate within us, facilitating a profound sense of calm.

What is sound healing?
