Join us for Resonate, a 90-minute immersive experience to clear mental tension, release stored stress, and bring your body, mind, and spirit into deep alignment.
Through intentional conscious breathwork paired with dynamic live soundscapes, participants will be guided through a journey of inner exploration and deep nervous system restoration.
What You’ll Experience:
Conscious Breathwork: Guided breathing techniques to quiet the active mind, discharge somatic tension, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Harmonic Sound Bath: A rich bath of live acoustic instruments (including gongs, singing bowls, didgeridoos, handpan, flute, and more) to promote deep meditative states and cellular relaxation.

Our 90-minute journey moves through three arcs — conscious circular breath, followed by integration, held by live sound that rises and settles with the breath. No experience needed. Come as you are.
