Morning Yoga & Breathwork
A 60-minute morning practice of yoga āsana and conscious breathwork to clear the mind and open the body. Ground into your authenticity and meet the day with clarity.
A blend of Hatha, Yin, and yoga philosophy.
My approach is rooted in Classical Hatha Yoga, weaving the sacred trinity of breath, movement, and sound to help you step back into resonance. The flows are slow, fluid, and intentional — incorporating the stillness of Yin for deep release and introspection. This is a space for true embodiment: a practice where you learn to listen to your body's unique wisdom, honoring exactly where you are without force or judgment.
The most powerful teacher is the one within you. My role is to hold space while you cultivate your own practice.

Drawing from Hatha training, we focus on alignment and foundational poses held long enough to actually feel the shift in energy.
Long-held, meditative floor poses target deep connective tissues and quiet the mind.
Do what feels right for your body. We don't force shapes — we inhabit them.
Yoga is an ancient technology for living, and we honor that lineage through the study of yoga philosophy. Classes often weave in the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and classical texts — a map for navigating the complexities of modern life. Together we explore practical application of sacred scripture, the path of the householder, and how to stay spiritually grounded while living fully in the world.
True embodiment requires looking at the whole self — including the parts we often keep in the dark. My background in men's work and shadow work informs the teaching, creating a safe, grounded environment to explore edges, face shadows, and integrate experience. Combining physical practice with this deeper internal work moves us toward wholeness and authentic power.
