Resonate Breath and Sound Journey Experience with Benny Silva
An immersive 90-minute experience of conscious breathwork and live sound healing with Benny Silva at Korsi Yoga + Juice Bar.
Join us for Resonate, a 90-minute immersive experience to clear mental tension, release stored stress, and bring your body, mind, and spirit into deep alignment.
Through intentional conscious breathwork paired with dynamic live soundscapes, participants are guided through a journey of inner exploration and deep nervous system restoration.
What you'll experience:
- Conscious breathwork: guided breathing techniques to quiet the active mind, discharge somatic tension, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system
- Live sound: an immersive bath of acoustic instruments including gongs, singing bowls, didgeridoos, handpan, flute, and more
Whether you are brand new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, Resonate offers a safe, welcoming, and supportive container to drop out of daily noise and reconnect with yourself.
Hosted at Korsi Yoga + Juice Bar. $45 per person.
