Shonali guides this conscious resting experience precisely created for this particular moment in time. Expect to drop into innate wisdom, soothe the nervous system, acknowledge struggles, and tune into loving care.
No prior yoga experience is necessary—bring an open heart, a willingness to rest as you hold space for yourself and others.
After class, feel free to further wind down with time in the sauna or in the Lounge.
Please register in advance as spaces are limited.
